Hazelnut flour is a valuable addition to the Gluten free diet, and is packed with nutrition.   Produced from 100% pure ground Hazelnuts.  Substitute up to 1/3 of the recommended flour requirement with Hazelnut flour, for a sweet subtle nut flavour, in all your favourite recipes.
This natural ingredient produced from pressed Hazelnuts is low in carbohydrate, high in protein, and a good source of dietary fibre.

Hazelnut Chocolate Brownie
This delicious moist fudge Brownie is certainly a wonderful treat in a Gluten-free diet.  It has an excellent texture, will not fall apart, and has been eaten by many who have never known they are eating gluten free.  This Brownie keeps well in the fridge for several weeks, and several months in the freezer, (only if hidden well!) It is a fabulous treat with a hot drink, and a great dessert served with natural yoghurt or berries and icecream.

Our products are produced on the property which is registered with the Selwyn District Council, Registration Number SDC000092/1.

Small batches of Hazelnuts are cracked on the 1st of each month and processed in small quantities to ensure guaranteed quality.
